• Minimum Participants


Each workshop requires a minimum of 3 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, Fashion Crafty reserves the right to reschedule up to 2 times according to the available workshop slots. If after the second reschedule the workshop still cannot proceed due to low enrollment, a 100% refund will be issued.

• Participant Reschedule

Each participant is entitled to one (1) class reschedule with prior notice to the admin.

• Workshop Buddy Promo

Enjoy a 5% cashback for every participant who brings a workshop buddy. The discount applies / person.

• Private Workshop Request

Private workshop requests are available with an additional charge. Please contact the admin for details

• Documentation

Video clips and photos of the workshop process are included in the class fee and will be shared via a Google Form link.

• Workshop Levels

Participants must choose the appropriate category according to their skill level:

• Beginner
• Intermediate

• Punctuality

Workshops will begin promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals may reduce learning time, and this risk will be borne by the participant.

• Tools & Equipment

All tools and sewing machines will be provided by Fashion Crafty tutors.

• Final Project

Participants are entitled to take home the pieces they create during the workshop.

• Certificate of Participation

Each participant will receive a certificate of participation for the workshop or trial class attended, according to the chosen category.
