Payment Options at Fashion Crafty Jakarta
To provide flexibility and convenience, Fashion Crafty Jakarta offers three payment options for our programs. Choose the one that best suits your needs :
Full Payment
Pay the full amount upon registration and receive an exclusive FCJ Starter Pack to kickstart your learning journey.
Installment Plan
Divide your payment into two installments:
1. First Payment : 50% of the total fee upon booking your class.
2. Second Payment : 50% of the remaining fee, paid on the same date as your initial payment the following month.
Course Savings Program
Save towards your course through our flexible savings program :
– This option is designed to help participants plan and budget for their education conveniently.
– Select a savings plan that allows you to gradually deposit funds until the full course fee is reached.
– Begin your course once the required amount is fully paid.
Course Savings Program Regulations
Prospective participants can open a savings plan by selecting a course program designated by Fashion Crafty Jakarta.
Savings Duration
Maximum savings duration :
– 1 year for the general public.
– 2 years for middle and high school students.
The savings must be completed no later than 2 months prior to the start of the class.
Price Lock Advantage
The savings program allows participants to lock in the current course price, avoiding potential cost increases due to inflation.
Savings System
– Participants can select a savings scheme during the deposit registration process.
– Savings can only be made in 6 to 12 installments.
Pricing Policy
The course price under the savings program is set at the normal program rate and does not apply to:
– Discounts.
– Special promotions.
Exceptions : Voucher scholarships from specific agendas may still apply.
Required Documents
Participants must provide valid personal identification during the savings registration process:
– ID Card (KTP).
– Family Card (KK).
– Personal data form.
– Deposit registration form.
Program Changes
Savings can be transferred to another course program if:
– The new program price aligns with the updated course price.
– The participant has not yet started their course.
– Changes are made no later than 4 months before the course start date.
Withdrawal Policy
Savings funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn in cash under any circumstances.
Applicable Courses
The savings program is valid for the following courses:
– Workshops.
– Short Courses (Online & Offline).
– Intensive Programs.
Benefits of Being a Savings Program Member
Participants in the savings program are eligible for additional benefits, including:
– A chance to secure free workshop slots.
– Access to career and study consultations with the Fashion Crafty Jakarta team.
