“Fashion is about expressing who you are, and it’s never too early to start!”

Unlock Your Child’s Creativity in Fashion Design!

Fashion Designer Junior Program is specially created for children aged 7 to 14 who are passionate about fashion and creativity. This program introduces young minds to the exciting world of fashion design in a fun and interactive way, providing a strong foundation in design principles while encouraging artistic expression.

The program is divided into 4 progressive levels, each spanning 6 months, with the entire course completed over 2 years. As students advance through each level, they will develop essential skills in sketching, fabric selection, basic sewing, and garment creation, all while learning about the fashion industry’s core concepts. At the end of the program, students in Level 4 will have the unique opportunity to present their designs in a fashion show, celebrating their creative journey.

Designer Junior : Evangeline Aurora Steffany (10 years old)

About Collection

Evangeline Aurora Steffany, a junior fashion designer at Fashion Crafty Jakarta, showcases her refined creativity through her final project, blending tradition and modern elegance. Her design features the use of classic batik fabric as the primary material, symbolizing cultural heritage. To add a contemporary twist, she incorporates a delicate transparent slayer, creating a striking contrast between the opacity of the batik and the ethereal nature of the slayer. The waist is adorned with intricate bead embellishments, adding a touch of luxury and highlighting the silhouette, making her piece a beautiful fusion of Indonesian tradition and modern sophistication.

Detail Embelishment

Aurora Steffany Khoe’s final project pays special attention to the intricate embellishments that define the waistline of her design. The delicate beading work, strategically placed around the waist, serves not only as an aesthetic focal point but also as a structural accent that enhances the garment’s silhouette. She employs a mix of glass beads, and tiny crystals, carefully hand-stitched to create a shimmering effect that catches the light as the wearer moves. This embellishment not only adds a touch of opulence but also bridges the traditional batik with contemporary haute couture. The sparkling beads form a pattern that mimics organic shapes, subtly inspired by the floral and geometric motifs often found in batik, creating harmony between the cultural fabric and the modern embellishment.
